Please bring your credentials to your appointment. The Government of Canada has been mailing individuals who are eligible for the CDCP.
Please be advised that the CDCP is not a free program, and there may be charges depending on your coverage and limitations.
We will work with you to help maximize these benefits and assist you in navigating this new program as it continues to develop.
